Posouzení informačního sytému a návrhy na jeho zlepšení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce popisuje teorii informačních systémů a metody hodnocení IS. Cílem práce je aplikovat teoretické znalosti na reálný podnik a zhodnotit efektivnost jejich informačního systému. Z výsledků analýz je sestavena nová informační strategie podniku a jsou doporučeny návrhy změn, které povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu. Na závěr je vypracován rozpočet aplikovaných změn v porovnání s přínosy plynoucích z doporučení.The master's thesis describes the theory of information systems and methods of their assessment. The aim of the present work is to apply theoretical knowledge on a real company and to assess the effectiveness of their information system. The results from the analysis were used to create the new information strategy of the company and some changes have been recommended to improve the current state of the IS. Finally, the budget for the applied changes has been drawn and compared with the benefits that arise from the proposed changes.
