MĚSTSKÝ DŮM NA NÁBŘEŽÍ V PŘEROVĚ

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem „MĚSTSKÝ DŮM NA NÁBŘEŽÍ V PŘEROVĚ“ je zpracována dle platných předpisů ve formě architektonické studie. Objekt je situován ve městě Přerov, blízko historického centra, při ulici Brabansko, stojí na nároží a uzavírá blokovou zástavbu. Konstrukční řešení nosného systému objektu je monolitický železobetonový skelet. Konstrukce obvodových plášťů: fasáda centrální části a parteru je z uliční strany prosklená, obvodové stěny jsou zděné s kontaktním zateplením, střecha je jednoplášťová, plochá s atikou. Objekt je podsklepený, má šest nadzemních podlaží. První nadzemní podlaží má bezbariérový přístup a zahrnuje adaptabilní administrativní prostory. Druhé až čtvrté nadzemní podlaží obsahuje malometrážní mezonetové loftové byty pro mladou generaci. Centrální část objektu obsahuje společné a administrativní prostory.The thesis „TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV“ is worked up as an architectural study containing all the essentials with accordance to the valid rules. The object is situated in the town ‘Přerov’, near historical part of city center, which is on the street “Brabansko”, it is standing on corner and closing a block build-up area. The solution of the construction of the object´s bearing system is a monolithic ferroconcrete skeleton. Construction of the circumferential case: the foreside of the central part and parterre from street front is glassed-in, the circumferential walls are bricked and with contact thermal protection, the roof is single-surface and flat and it contains the attica. The object has ground floor and it has six above-ground floors. The first floor has barrierless entry and includes adaptable administrative premises. The second floor up to fourth floor includes small-scale maisonette loft residential premises for young generation. The central part of the object includes circulating area and administrative premises.
