The committee then read the opinions and evaluation of the thesis supervisor and the opponent. There were no questions asked in supervisor´s assessment. The questions from the opponent's assessment were fully answered. Questions from committee members: 1. doc. Kaňovská - What is the main advantage of your presented beer? Did you took any inspiration from Czech small breweries regarding the promotion activities? If you consider expansion to the Czech market, did you think about any specific promoting activities? 2. Ing. Milichovský - Have you though about other mini breweries surrounded by your brewery as potential competitors? Have you though about sellers of bottled beer in big market chains? Are they still your competitors? Do you have some signals regarding the increase of inflation? What is the probability that the inflation rate will increase in the close future? 3. Ing. Doubravský - Did you consider using any statistical method within analytical part of your thesis? On the basis of the presentation and the answers to the questions asked in the discussion, the committee decided that the student defended the thesis. | cs |

Druhá část analyzuje společnost a profil cizí země, podložená primárním a sekundárním výzkumem trhu, pro posouzení připravenosti společnosti k expanzi. The primary objective was to evaluate the company's preparedness and subsequently propose a strategy for the foreign market entry. The theoretical background covers topics such as internationalization, strategic analysis, and risk assessment. The second part analyses the company and the foreign country’s profile, supported by primary and secondary market research, to assess the company’s readiness for expansion.
