Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem centra pro nezávislou kulturu v Brně. Cílem je oživit pře- hlíženou, avšak strategicky významnou lokalitu naproti Autobusovému nádraží Zvonařka, která je opomíjena i přes probíhající rozvoj okolního území, jako je čtvrť Trnitá nebo projekt obno- va Ponávky. Návrh vychází z existující zástavby, jejíž prostřednictvím je vytvořena nepravidel- ná síť, do níž jsou vloženy jednotlivé funkce. Vzniká tak „kulturní pruh“, který má potenciál propojit a aktivovat širší území. Architektonický návrh zároveň reaguje na budoucí vývoj zástav- by – dvě fasády jsou ponechány slepé, čímž je umožněno navázání další výstavby. Projekt tak přináší nejen impulz pro kulturní život, ale i urbanistický rámec pro transformaci této části města.
The thesis deals with the design of a center for independent culture in Brno. The aim is to revive an overlooked, but strategically important, location opposite the Zvonařka Bus Station, which is neglected despite the ongoing development of the surrounding area, such as the Trnitá district or the Ponávka renewal project. The design is based on the existing development, through which an irregular network is created, into which individual functions are inserted. This creates a “cultural strip” that has the potential to connect and activate a wider area. The architectural design also responds to the future development of the development – two facades are left blank, which allows for further construction. The project thus brings not only an impulse for cultural life, but also an urban framework for the transformation of this part of the city.

Studentka odprezentovala svůj projekt. Byly přečteny posudky. Studentka reaguje na oponentní posudek. Probíhá diskuze. Jak bude probíhat provoz a obsluha kulturní produkce v PP? Jak bude probíhat stěhování techniky do sálu? Proč je velká část stavby pod úrovní terénu? Máte nějaké formální předlohy nebo inspirace? Studentka uspokojivě odpověděla na všechny otázky.
