Jeřábová kladnice - nosnost 5t

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem jeřábové kladnice s nosností 5000 kg dle klasifikace ČSN ISO 4301–1 M5. Teoretická část stručně popisuje jeřábovou kladnici, její dílčí části a návrh konstrukčního řešení. Praktická část se věnuje výpočtům a dimenzování jednotlivých částí; hák, příčník, bočnice, osy kladek, ložiska, kladka, matice háku, lana. Práce je doplněná technickou dokumentací sestavy jeřábové kladnice a lanové kladky.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a crane block with a lifting capacity of 5000 kilograms, classified according to ČSN ISO 4301-1 M5. The theoretical part briefly describes the crane block, its individual components, and the proposed structural solution. The practical part is dedicated to calculations and dimensioning of specific parts, including the hook, cross member of the hook block, sidewalls, pulley axis, bearings, rope pulley, hook nut, and ropes. The thesis is supplemented with technical documentation for the crane block assembly and the rope pulley.
