V teoretické části, práce vysvětluje pojem reportingu, jako jedné ze základních funkcí controllingu, SLEPTE analýzu a Porterův model konkurenčního prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá tvorbou tabulek v MS Excel. Na základě závěru provedených analýz jsou zpracována doporučení, která by mohla umožnit zlepšení situace firmy. | cs |
