Modernizace BI řešení: Reportování a risk management v projektové praxi

Abstract

Táto práca sa venuje modernizácií riešení v oblasti Business Intelligence (BI) a projektového manažmentu so zameraním na reporting a riadenie rizík v spoločnosti Garrett. Hlavným cieľom práce je analyzovať súčasný stav procesov v Garrett, identifikovať nedostatky a navrhnúť zlepšenia, ktoré by znížili manuálnu prácu, a umožnili lepšiu kontrolu nad projektmi. Navrhnuté riešenie je realizované formou mesačných šprintov agilnej metodiky, v rámci ktorých boli: vytvorené automatizované systémy na sledovanie kľúčových ukazovateľov, implementované nové vizualizácie v platforme Power BI a preskúmané možnosti využitia umelej inteligencie. Výsledkom práce sú konkrétne návrhy na automatizáciu reportingu, zlepšenie kvality dát a efektívnejšie sledovanie rizík a zmien v projektoch.This goal of this thesis was the modernization of solutions in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and project management with a focus on reporting and risk management in the company Garrett. In this thesis our aim is to analyze the current state of processes in Garrett, identify shortcomings and propose improvements that would reduce manual work and enable better control over projects. The proposed solution is implemented in the form of of monthly sprints of the agile methodology, within which: automated systems for tracking key indicators were created, new visualisations were implemented in the platform Power BI and the possibilities of using artificial intelligence were explored. The work results in proposals for automatic reporting, imporving data quality and more effective tracking of risks and changes in projects.
