Abstract
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá biometrickou verifikáciou osoby na základe snímok sietnice oka. Štúdia poskytuje komplexné porovnanie najmodernejších overovacích metód a techník vrátane ich silných stránok, obmedzení a aplikácií. Vyhodnocuje existujúce datasety a navrhuje novú metódu verifikácie kombináciou najlepších vlastností z už overených postupov, s cieľom zvýšiť jej presnosť a efektivitu.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the biometric verification of a person based on images of the retina of the eye. The study provides a comprehensive comparison of state-of-the-art verification methods and techniques, including their strengths, limitations, and applications. It evaluates existing datasets, and proposes a new verification method by combining the best features from already verified procedures, aiming to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Student nejprve prezentoval výsledky, kterých dosáhl v rámci své práce. Komise se poté seznámila s hodnocením vedoucího a posudkem oponenta práce. Student následně odpověděl na otázky oponenta a na další otázky přítomných. Komise se na základě posudku oponenta, hodnocení vedoucího, přednesené prezentace a odpovědí studenta na položené otázky rozhodla práci hodnotit stupněm C.
