Příprava realizace přístavby odborných učeben k základní škole v Bystřici

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je stavebně technologický projekt hrubé spodní stavby přístavby odborných učeben. Jedná se o stavbu s dvěma nadzemními podlažími a pochozí střechou, která se nachází v Bystřici. Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizaci zemních prací a základových konstrukcí přístavby. Součástí práce je technická zpráva, řešení širších vztahů dopravních tras, položkový rozpočet, technologické předpis, zařízení staveniště, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnost práce a časový plán, a to vše pro etapy hrubé spodní stavby.The bachelor thesis focuses on the construction technology project of the substructure phase of an extension comprising specialized classrooms. The building is designed with two above-ground storeys and a walkable roof and is located in Bystřice. The thesis addresses the execution of earthworks and foundation structures related to the extension. The scope of the work includes a technical report, analysis of wider transportation connections, itemized bill of quantities, technological procedure for foundation works, construction site layout, proposal of machinery deployment, inspection and testing plan, occupational health and safety plan, and a detailed construction schedule — all specifically focused on the substructure phase of construction.
