Návrh na zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku s využitím analýzy bodu zvratu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti specializující se na výrobu převodovek prostřednictvím analýzy bodu zvratu. Cílem je identifikovat hlavní nákladové faktory, analyzovat jejich vliv na bod zvratu a navrhnout opatření ke snížení celkových nákladů společnosti. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení, která sníží minimální objem výroby potřebný k dosažení ziskovosti, a podpoří tak udržitelný růst a ziskovost společnosti.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on improving the economic situation of the company specializing in gearbox manufacturing through break-even point analysis. The objective is to identify the main cost factors, analyse their impact on the break-even point, and propose measures to reduce the company’s overall costs. The outcome of the thesis includes recommendations that lower the minimum production volume required to achieve profitability, therefore supporting sustainable growth and profitability for the company.
