MĚSTSKÝ DŮM NA NÁBŘEŽÍ V PŘEROVĚ

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je urbanistický a architektonický návrh zástavby nároží ulic Brabansko a Malá Dlážka v Přerově. Koncept stavby včetně jejího měřítka vychází z dobové zástavby a členění pozemků. Navržený objekt citlivě doplňuje exponované nábřeží řeky Bečvy. Funkční náplň tvoří bloky administrativy, bydlení a služeb s dostatečných zázemím a kapacitou parkovacích míst.The subject of the bachelor thesis is urban and architectural study of development of a corner gap site situated on the corner of streets Brabansko and Malá Dlážka in the city of Přerov. The concept of the development including its scale finds its background and inspiration in historical construction in the place and traditional structuring of the plot. The designed object is sensitively filling up the exposed riverside of the Bečva river. The functional utilization is composed from blocks of administration, dwelling and services with sufficient number of parking places.
