Abstract

Projekt zahrnuje bytové domy, které jsou umístěny na parcele jako jeden blok a solitérní budova. Prostor mezi nimi je veřejný, sloužící jako průchod, který obklopen obchodním parterem a kavárnou. Bytové domy jsou třípodlažní, počet bytových jednotek je 27. Garáže jsou umístěny ve dvou podzemních podlažích pod objekty.The project includes residential buildings which are located on the land as a block of buildings and an independent building . The space between them is public serving as a passage that is surrounded by business, shops and café. Residential buildings has three floors, the number of housing units is 27. Garages are on two underground floors.
