Abstract

Předmět diplomové práce vychází z konkrétního záměru města Žďár nad Sázavou na rekonstrukci původního objektu mateřské školy, při ulici Okružní. Cílem projektu je vytvoření polyfunkčního komunitního centra s provozním a administrativním zázemí. Zásadním východiskem zadání je práce s existující stavbou – rekonstrukce a přístavba původního objektu mateřské školy. Oproti konvenční nové výstavbě „na zelené louce, klade toto zadání důraz na využití stávajících hodnot, zahuštění a posílení stávajícího města, jako protikladu soudobé kolonizace volné krajiny.The subject of the diploma thesis is based on the specific intention of the town Žďár nad Sázavou for the reconstruction of the original kindergarten building at Okružní Street. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. The main starting point is the work with the existing building - reconstruction and extension of the original kindergarten building. Contrary to conventional new construction "on green meadows, this assignment emphasizes the use of existing values, thickening and strengthening of the existing city, as opposed to the contemporary colonization of the free landscape.
