Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem laboratoře architektonického navrhování, která má sloužit jako letní škola architektury. Objekt je koncipován jako integrální součást mořské infrastruktury – vlnolamu – a je prostorově i funkčně zapuštěn do jeho konstrukce. Výsledný návrh spojuje tři funkce – vzdělávací (škola), technickou (vlnolam) a rekreační (molo) – do jednoho kompaktního celku, situovaného v severopolském přístavním městě Świnoujście, v ústí řeky Świny. Součástí projektu je zkoumání vztahů mezi přírodou a infrastrukturou, infrastrukturou a člověkem, a člověkem a přírodou. Hlavním cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit prostor, který nejen funkčně reaguje na své prostředí, ale zároveň stimuluje uživatele k hlubší reflexi základních vztahů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an architectural design laboratory to serve as a summer school of architecture. The building is conceived as an integral part of the marine infrastructure - the breakwater - and is spatially and functionally embedded in its structure. The resulting design combines three functions - educational (the school), technical (the breakwater) and recreational (the pier) - into one compact unit, located in the northern Polish port city of Świnoujście, at the mouth of the Świna River. The project involves exploring the relationships between nature and infrastructure, infrastructure and man, and man and nature. The main design goal of was to create a space that not only responds functionally to its environment, but also stimulates users to reflect more deeply on the underlying relationships.
