The Influence of the Type of Electrodes on the Biological Impedance Measurement
(Vysoké učení technické v Brně, Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií, 2016) Prokopyeva, Elena
Electric impedance during meat storage can be affected by various processes: microbial growth, changing of ions mobility, structural changes, etc. Impedance of biological tissues is frequency dependent. The aim of current study is to determine and evaluate the impedance properties of pork meat using two types of electrodes. Measurements were performed during three days in frequency range 100 Hz ÷ 1 MHz.

Stability of the Zero Solution of Stochastic Differential System
(Vysoké učení technické v Brně, Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií, 2016) Klimešová, Marie
Stability of stochastic differential equations (SDEs) has become a very popular theme of recent research in mathematics and its applications. The method of Lyapunov functions for the analysis of qualitative behavior of SDEs provide some very powerful instruments in the study of stability properties for concrete stochastic dynamical systems, conditions of existence the stationary solutions of SDEs and related problems.

Global Solutions to Linear Delayed Differential Equations
(Vysoké učení technické v Brně, Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií, 2016) Vážanová, Gabriela
In this paper is proved the existence of solutions of a linear delayed differential equation on the whole real line.

Signal Filtration for Detecting Electromagetic Emission
(Vysoké učení technické v Brně, Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií, 2016) Podshivalov, Aleksandr
There are many methods to describe and study geological processes. This paper deals with a data measured by a loop antenna in a dripstone cave. The measuring system, the sequence of the experiment, and result of signal filtering and spectral analysis were described. Several artificial noise sources in different frequency of signal spectrum bands were found. Signal filtering was carried out. On the basis of the filtered signal central moments during a few days were calculated.

Impact of the SiNx Thickness on Passivation Quality and Contact Resistivity of Silicon Solar Cell
(Vysoké učení technické v Brně, Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií, 2016) Mojrová, Barbora
In this work the influence of thickness of Silicon Nitride (SiNX) layer deposited by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD) on passivation quality and contact resistivity (ρC) of n-type Passivated Emitter Rear Totally-diffused (n-PERT) cell was investigated. The solar cell structure comprises front boron emitter and a phosphorous back surface field (BSF) with SiNX layers on both sides for surface passivation. Contacts are made by screen printed and fired through metallization using commercial silver (Ag) paste.
