    The Dynamic Pilot Behavioral Models
(Elsevier, 2015-11-26) Jirgl, Miroslav; Havlíková, Marie; Bradáč, Zdeněk
This paper presents an analysis of dynamic human behavioral models focused on the action of pilots during flight. The linear dynamic models are used for the approximation of human behavior. Although, at present, the Tustin – McRuer model is the most widely applied tool, there are viable alternatives embodied in the precision model or the variants proposed by Tustin and Gross. All the models are considered and briefly described in this article. A substantial portion of the paper contains a simulation-based comparison of the discussed models, whose parameters are based on real measurements on a flight simulator.

Time synchronized low-voltage measurements for Smart Grids
(Elsevier, 2015-11-26) Šťastný, Ladislav; Franek, Lešek; Bradáč, Zdeněk
This paper deals with possible future development of Smart Grids based on more detailed monitoring of grid. The aim of this work is to propose measurements for low-voltage level of Smart Grids inspired by measurements known from high-voltage level. Using time synchronization and intelligent endpoint devices creates wide area measuring grids to collect essential data for faster detection of illegal consumers, branch overload detection, power-quality verification, and other features. These can improve overall stability and reliability of grid by covering low-voltage level that is typical with dynamic change of topology, different sources of disturbances and as primary source for majority of customers.

Modelling Transmission Lines for the Purpose of Data Transmission over Power Lines
(Elsevier, 2015-03-26) Franek, Lešek; Šťastný, Ladislav; Bradáč, Zdeněk
The aim of the article is to create two models of power line communication. First model is called Multipath model and It is based on identifying the transfer function based on the measured values. Second model is called Transmission line model and It is useful if the topology of the network under consideration is known. Both models are useful to obtain information of the operation of outdoor networks.
