dc.description.abstract	Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že právní předpisy, řešící problematiku soudního znalectví včetně požadavků na znalecké posudky, jsou z důvodu různorodosti oblastí, pro které se znalecké posudky zpracovávají, velmi obecné, nemohou podrobněji standardizovat a harmonizovat znalecké postupy pro jednotlivá odvětví nebo jejich části. Disertační práce je zaměřena na vytvoření metodického postupu pro zpracování znaleckých posudků, posuzujících vady a poruchy v oblasti novostaveb bytových jednotek.	cs
