Abstract
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na zhodnotenie finančnej situácie spoločnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. na konsolidovanej úrovni v období 2014 – 2023. V prvej časti je vymedzené teoretické východisko finančnej analýzy. Druhá časť práce je praktická a zameriava sa na vybraný podnik, jeho konkurenciu a aplikovanie vybraných metód finančnej a strategickej analýzy. V tretej časti sú zhrnuté získané poznatky a popísaný celkový stav spoločnosti. Záverečná časť predstavuje návrhy a odporučenia na zlepšenie finančného zdravia podniku.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., at the consolidated level in the period 2014 - 2023. In the first part, the theoretical background of the financial analysis is defined. The second part of the thesis is practical and focuses on the selected company, its competitors and the application of selected methods of financial and strategic analysis. The third part summarizes the obtained knowledge and describes the overall state of the company. The final part presents suggestions and recommendations to improve the financial health of the company.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázky z posudku vedoucího nebyly, otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděl v plném rozsahu. Otázky členů komise:
1. Ing. Roman Ptáček, Ph.D.: Nabídka by šla formou IPO? - odpovězeno
2. doc. Ing. Vít Hromádka, Ph.D.: Lze očekávat v budoucnosti významné akvizice? - odpovězeno
Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
