Nástroje pro automatickou konfiguraci evolučních algoritmů

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na metaheuristický prístup k automatickej konfigurácii parametrov evolučných algoritmov. Zahŕňa teoretický úvod a prehľad k prístupom ladenia parametrov. Rozdelenie metód podľa základných prístupov, ktoré využívajú, špecifickými mechanizmami na riešenie známych problémov prehľadávania priestoru k zisku najlepšieho výsledku ako aj k dodatočnému zefektívneniu nákladov na konfiguráciu. Podrobne analyzuje fungovanie vybraných metód, ich špecifiká, silné a slabé stránky. Výber algoritmu založeného na evolučných prístupoch ako aj výber jeho modulárnej varianty. Návrh a implementáciu systémového rozhrania k využitiu vybraných metód na automatickú konfiguráciu parametrov vybraného modulárneho algoritmu. Porovnanie výsledkov optimalizácie využitím jednotlivých metód na benchmarkových sadách úlohThis diploma thesis focuses on a metaheuristic approach to the automatic configuration of evolutionary algorithm parameters. It includes a theoretical introduction and an overview of parameter tuning approaches. The methods are categorized based on their fundamental approaches, the specific mechanisms they utilize to solve known search space problems for achieving the best results, and their additional cost-efficiency in configuration. The thesis thoroughly analyzes the functioning of selected methods, their specifics, strengths, and weaknesses. It covers the selection of an algorithm based on evolutionary approaches, as well as the selection of its modular variant. Furthermore, it details the design and implementation of a system interface for utilizing the chosen methods to automatically configure the parameters of the selected modular algorithm. Finally, it presents a comparison of optimization results using individual methods on benchmark sets.
