dc.description.abstractUrbanistická a architektonická studie obytného souboru v Brně – Komíně. Řešená parcela se nachází v městské části Brno – Komín u Palackého vrchu, což bylo pro návrh určující. Návrhem jsou řadové domy obklopené zelení a terasový dům s výhledem do okolí. V návrhu vzniká pohledová a komunikační osa, která vymezuje hmoty domů a spojuje území s pěší cestou na Palackého vrch.cs
dc.description.abstractUrban and architectural study of the residential complex in Brno Komín. Solved parcel is located in the city of Brno Komín nearby Palacky Hill, which was decisive for the design. Proposal are terraced houses surrounded by greenery and a terraced house with views of the surrounding area. The proposal arises visible and communication axis that defines the mass of houses and connects the area with the route to the top of Palacky Hill.en
