Areál VUT Kraví hora

Abstract

Podstatou diplomové práce je podrobné zpracování studie areálu VUT na Kraví Hoře a to do měřítka 1:200. Cílem je skloubit zájmy VUT a města Brna v tomto mimořádném území k prospěchu obou subjektů. Pro potřeby města jsem vytvořila veřejně přístupný park, do kterého jsem umístila objekty muzea VUT a prostory pro propagaci jednotlivých fakult VUT, které Vysoké učení technické postrádá. Dále jsem zde umístila objekt kreativního podnikatelského centra. Jedná se o prostory s možností pronájmu zejména pro absolventy a zaměstnance VUT, kteří chtějí podnikat s kreativním zaměřením. Oba objekty s pochůzí zelenou střechou jsou zapuštěné do terénu tak, aby nerušily celkový dojem krajiny a byl vytvořen přirozený přechod mezi objekty a městským parkem.The aim of the diploma thesis is a detailed study of the VUT area at Kraví Hora to a scale of 1: 200. The aim is to combine the interests of VUT and Brno in this extraordinary territory for the benefit of both subjects. For the needs of the city, I created a publicly accessible park in which I placed the VUT museum buildings and the spaces for the promotion of individual VUT faculties that the Technical University lacks. I have also placed the object of the creative business center here. These are rented spaces especially for VUT graduates and VUT employees who want to do creative work. Both buildings with a green walkable roof are embedded in the terrain so as not to disturb the overall impression of the landscape and create a natural transition between the buildings and the city park.
