dc.description.abstract	Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby Polyfunkčního bytového domu v Brně, městské části Pisárky. Zadaný pozemek je umístěn na ulici Hlinky. Objekt byl navrhován s ohledem na okolní zástavbu. Objekt drží uliční čáru a jeho půdorysný tvar byl zvolen dle přiléhajících objektů. První podlaží je věnováno prostorům kavárny, druhé nadzemní podlaží administrativě. Třetí a Čtvrté nadzemní podlaží je věnováno prostorným bytům. Parkovací prostory jsou přístupny pomocí autovýtahu, který dopraví automobily do suterénu domu, kde se nacházejí jednotlivá parkovací místa. Vjezd pro auta je přístupný z hlavní ulice přímým vjezdem.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis is the design of a new multifunctional apartment building in Brno in the town district of Pisárka. Designed apartment building is located on Hlinky Street. The building was designed to fit in to the surrounding area. The object respect the building line and its ground plan was planned according to the adjacent objects. There is cafeteria in the ground floor. The first floor is dedicated to office space. In the second floor and third floor there are spacious apartments. Carpark is accessible by car elevator, which transports cars to the basement of the house where individual parking spaces are located. Vehicular access is accesible from the main street.	en
