| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provedení průzkumu v oblasti tváření elastomery, jednou z nekonvenčních metod plošného tváření, kde elastomer nahrazuje pevnou část nástroje. Hlavní výhodou tváření elastomerem je univerzální a poměrně levný nástroj. Lze také tvářet povrchově upravené výrobky. Nevýhodou je nutnost použití velké tvářecí síly. Z hlediska konstrukce se dělí na otevřený a uzavřený nástroj. Otevřený nástroj se používá pro ohýbání a zakružování. Uzavřený lze využít pro ohyb, stříhání, mělké tažení (Guerin), hluboké tažení (Marform, Maslenikov) a radiální vypínání. V práci byly popsány vlastnosti elastomerů, jejich deformační chování, metody tváření elastomerem a zhodnocení využitelnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this graduation thesis is to investigate and summarize the usage of elastomeric forming, which represent a uniqe method of cold forming in which the elastomeric pads overtake the function of the solid part in a forming machine. The most distinctive feature of elastomeric forming is its low price and a wide range of usage. It can be applied also to metal materials with finished surface. However the major disadvantage of this method is the need of an enormous pressing force. The elastomeric pads fall into two main categories – the open and closed ones. The open type is mostly used for metal sheets bending and roll bending, whereas the closed type finds even greater usage in processes like shearing, drawing (Guerin stamping), deep drawing (Marform, Maslenikov technique) and radial expanding. The thesis further describes the elastomers´ technical features, deformation withstandings, forming principles and their general usage. | en |
