dc.description.abstract	Budova je navržena jako dostavba v centru Brna mezi dvěma stávajícími domy z konce 19.století. Tato proluka vznikla během druhé světové války při bombardování Brna. Návrh se skládá ze tří pater (dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní, sloužící k parkování). Mým cílem bylo doplnit uliční čáru a zároveň vytvořit kreativní prostředí pro alternativní scénu. Toho jsem dosáhla pomocí lamel, které při procházce ulicí vyplňují prostor, zatímco se prosklená část budovy otvírá při pohledu z parku a zve k návštěvě stavby. Stavba se nachází v centru města se zastávkou městské dopravy přímo před vstupem. Podzemní parkoviště proto nabízí jen několik parkovacích míst. Dům je obklopen dvěma parky - jeden na úrovni ulice a druhý za budovou, který vede na kopec, kde se nachází hrad Špilberk. K dispozici je proto lávka, která spojuje střechu budovy s parkem na kopci. V zadní části budovy je umístěn amfiteátr, který lze v létě využít jako kino / divadlo pod širým nebem. První patro obsahuje bistro, výstavní halu, šatny, zařízení pro herce a malý i velký sál. Ve druhém patře najdete pokračování bistra, zasedací místnost a umělecká studia.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The building is designed to be constructed in the area of the Brno city centre, between two houses from the late 19th century. This site has been empty since the Second World War when the original buildings were destroyed by a bomb. In the amendment of a 3-storey building (2 floors, 1 underground parking). I tried to complete the street line as well as create an inviting space with an alternative scene. It has been achieved by using slats which fill the space while walking down the street, however see through glass panelling invites you in while looking at the house from the park across the road. The building is located in the city centre with the bus stop at the door. Therefore, the underground parking offers only few parking spots. The house is surrounded by two parks - one on the street level and one in the back, located on the hill, leading to the Špilberk castle. There is a bridge that connects the roof of the building to the hillside park. There is an amphitheatre designed at the rear of the building site, which can be used as an open-air cinema/theatre in summer. The first floor contains a bistro, an exhibition hall, dressing rooms, facilities for actors and both small and large hall. In the second floor you can find the same bistro, meeting room and art studios.	en
