Novostavba pasivního domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením projektové dokumentace novostavby pasivního domu. Důraz je kladen především na vytvoření „vzduchotěsné“ obálky domu, kterou docílíme správností řešení konstrukčních detailů, vhodného výběru stavebních a doplňkových materiálů. Důležitým faktorem této problematiky je masivní použití tepelně izolačních materiálů. Projekt se dále zaměřuje na vhodné uspořádání technologií obnovitelných zdrojů a jejich využití.Bachelor’s thesis is focused on solving project documentation of new building of Passive building. Emphasis is laid on creating „airtight“cover of house which is achieved accuracy solutions to structural details, suitable selection of building and supplementary materials. An important factor in this issue is the massive use of thermal insulation materials. The project also focuses on the appropriate arrangement of renewable energy technologies and their applications.
