Abstract

Téma této diplomové práce je novostavba residenčního domu s kavárnou v Brně na ulici Foustkova. Stavba má jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V rvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází prostor kavárny a dva samostatné vchody do bytových bloků s bytovými jednotkami. Druhé, třetí a čtvrté podlaží je tvořeno byty různých kategorií. V podzemním podlaží se nacházejí garážové stání, technická místnost a úložné sklepní boxy. Konstrukční systém objektu je skeletový. Výplň tvoří zdivo systému Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce a schodiště jsou monolitické železobetonové. Objekt je zastřešen plochou a terasovou střechou.The theme of this thesis is the construction of residential building with a café in Brno on the street Foustkova. The building has one underground floor and four aboveground floors. On the first floor is a cafe area and two separate entrances to apartment blocks with flats. Second, third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor there are a garage, utility room and cellar storage boxes. Construction system the building's skeleton. The core made of masonry Porotherm. Ceiling structures and staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered flat and terraced roof.
