Zhodnocení ekonomické situace obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace společnosti Družstevní závody Dražice – strojírna s.r.o. v období 2019 až 2023. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný finanční stav podniku a poté navrhnout opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení jeho finanční situace. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí – teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. Analytická část se zaměřuje na uvedení analyzované společnosti a následné zhodnocení jejího finančního zdraví pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. Na základě výsledků jsou v návrhové části formulována konkrétní doporučení ke zlepšení finančního zdraví a výkonnosti podniku.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Družstevní závody Dražice – strojírna s.r.o. in the period 2019-2023. The aim of the thesis is not only to analyse the current financial situation of the company, but also to propose measures that could contribute to the improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical, analytical and propositional. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis. The analytical part focuses on the characteristics of the company and the subsequent assessment of its financial health using selected indicators. On the basis of the results obtained, the design part formulates specific recommendations aimed at improving the financial stability and performance of the company.
