but.defenceStudent si připravil prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Rodinný dům. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Student si připravil odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. V rámci doplňujících otázek byla řešena problematika větrání garáže, spádování podlahy v garáži, dispozice rodinného domu, hydroizolace spodní stavby. Student se snažil vcelku velmi dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagoval velmi dobře.cs

dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu, včetně projektové dokumentace provedení stavby. Dům je navržen na dvě části – rodinný dům a provozovna. Rodinný dům je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku. Objekt je nepodsklepený s dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé obvodové konstrukce jsou navrženy ze systému Porotherm a vodorovné z železobetonové monolitické desky. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno plochou střechou s povlakovou hydroizolací a plochou vegetační střechou. Výkresová část byla vypracována v programu Autocad, Archicad.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a detached house design including project documentation of the construction process. The detached house design consists of two parts - the design of the detached house itself and the design of business premises. The building discussed is situated on flat land, there is no cellar and there are two above-ground floors. Also, the detached house is built on concrete footings. Whereas vertical perimeter structures are designed to be built from the Porotherm system, the horizontal ones, on the other hand, are to be built from reinforced concrete monolithic plate. The roofing of the discussed detached house contains a flat roof with coating waterproofing and with a flat green roof. The drawing parts and designs were created with the Autocad and Archicad programmes.en
