Právní a ekonomické aspekty odstraňování staveb

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odstraňování staveb z hlediska právních a ekonomických aspektů. Cílem práce je analyzovat právní rámec a ekonomické souvislosti spojené s procesem demolice staveb a na základě případové studie posoudit, jak tyto aspekty ovlivňují praxi. V úvodních kapitolách jsou představena teoretická východiska, historický vývoj přístupů k odstraňování staveb a současné požadavky české legislativy. Následuje výčet nákladů na demoliční práce. Praktická část práce je věnována případové studii odstranění stavby, na níž je provedena analýza právních a ekonomických souvislostí celého procesu.This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of building demolition from the perspective of legal and economic aspects. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal framework and economic context associated with the demolition process and, based on a case study, to assess how these aspects influence practice. The introductory chapters present the theoretical background, the historical development of approaches to building demolition, and the current requirements of Czech legislation. This is followed by an overview of the costs associated with demolition works. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to a case study of building removal, in which the legal and economic aspects of the entire process are analyzed.
