| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním úkolem diplomové práce je revitalizace areálu na beskydských Horečkách, který obsahuje několik nevyužívaných budov. V úvodu práce analyzuje oblast v širších vztazích a přichází s koncepcí urbanistické strategie ve větším měřítku. Předmětem vlastní urbanistické a architektonické studie se pak stává komplex stávajících budov zvaných Pantáta, Mariánka a Panímáma a jejich blízké okolí v terasovitě upraveném svažitém terénu. Prvním krokem k návrhu je nutnost hmotového očištění stávajících objektů, které byly v průběhu času nekoncepčně přestavovány a rozšiřovány. Funkcí zvolenou a základě závěru z analýz je rekreační ubytovací centrum se zaměřením na školy v přírodě a alternativní zážitkové vzdělávání. Objekt Pantáta se stává ústředním nositelem funkce samotné a v jeho 3.NP a podkroví je navrženo doprovodné ubytovací zařízení. Pantáta je také směrem ze svahu rozšířen dostavbou v terénním zlomu, což umožňuje rozšíření předprostoru před historickou budovou. Objekt Mariánka se stává hlavní ubytovací kapacitou areálu. Objekt Panímáma je v návrhu odstraněn a na vzniklém území je navržena chatková kolonie, která představuje další alternativu rekreačního pobytu v přírodě. V rámci návrhu jsou také řešeny urbanistické úpravy a drobnější doprovodné pavilony v krajině. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of the diploma thesis is the revitalization of the site Horečky in Beskydy mountains, which contains several abandoned buildings. In the introduction, the work provides an analysis in the wider context and comes up with a concept of urban strategy on the larger scale. The main item of the urban and architectural study itself is a complex of existing buildings called Pantata, Marianka and Panimama and their setting in the terraced hilly landscape. The first necessary step is purging the buildings of nonconceptual extensions, which were added in the past. The function, which was chosen based on the outcome of the analysis part is a recreational accommodation facility oriented on educational school trips and alternative forms of experience-based educational methods. The building Pantáta gets to be the main center of the function itself and the 3rd and 4th stock is designed as additional accommodation facility. The building is also complemented with an extension building located in the terrace in the sloping-down terrain. This spatial concept also enables expansion of the exterior space in front of the historical building. The building Marianka is designed to be the main accommodation facility. The building Panimama is removed and a forest-cabin accommodation area is designed at the plot as another alternative way of staying in nature. There are also other landscape interventions and pavilions designed within the thesis project. | en |
