Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího rodinného domu nedaleko Prahy v obci Všestary. Objekt je určen pro pětičlennou rodinu. Rodinný dům je rozdělen na tři patra, podzemní a dvě nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází skladovací prostory, nadzemní části jsou navrženy podle pater na obytnou a klidovou část. Svislé stěny jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi od společnosti HELUZ, stejně tak jako vodorovné keramické stropní nosníky. Rodinný dům je zastřešen valbovou střechou. Na severní straně objektu je umístěna pergola.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a new detached house near Prague in Všestary. The building is intended for a family of five members. The house is divided into three floors; the underground and two above-ground floors. In the basement there are storage areas; the above-ground parts are designed according to the floors into a residential and a resting part. Vertical walls are made of ceramic blocks from HELUZ, same material as horizontal ceramic ceiling beams. The house is roofed by a hipped roof. On the northern side of the house there is a pergola.
