Součástí obecního úřadu je garáž pro požární automobil, sklady zahradní techniky obce, komerční prostoty a v druhém nadzemním patře bytové jednotky. Budova je situován na území Pardubického kraje v obci Dlouhoňovice, katastrální území Dlouhoňovice. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Hlavní část objektu je zastřešen dřevěnými vazníky ve tvaru sedlové střechy. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému HELUZ.	cs
dc.description.abstract	It is a new the municipal authority in Dlouhoňovice. Part of municipal authority is a garage for the fire truck, warehouse village garden equipment, commercial spaces and the second floor above ground units. The building is situated in the Pardubice region in the town called Dlouhoňovice, cadastral area Dlouhoňovice. The building consists of two aboveground floors. The rest of the building is covered with wooden trusses in the shape of a gabled roof. The building is designed from the structural system HELUZ.	en
