Jedná se o novostavbu obecního úřadu v Dlouhoňovicích. Součástí obecního úřadu je garáž pro požární automobil, sklady zahradní techniky obce, komerční prostoty a v druhém nadzemním patře bytové jednotky. Budova je situován na území Pardubického kraje v obci Dlouhoňovice, katastrální území Dlouhoňovice. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Hlavní část objektu je zastřešen dřevěnými vazníky ve tvaru sedlové střechy. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému HELUZ.It is a new the municipal authority in Dlouhoňovice.
