dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním nákladov na výstavbu novostavby voči rekonštrukcii staršieho objektu. V teoretickej časti boli objasnené podmienky a charakter výstavby v druhej polovici dvadsiateho storočia v Československu. Následne podmienky výstavby novostavieb v súčasnosti a popis spôsobov stanovovania nákladov na výstavbu rodinných domov. V praktickej časti bola do porovnania postavená novostavba voči rekonštrukcii staršieho objektu. V rámci rekonštrukcie bolo vytvorených 12 variant, líšiacich sa náročnosťou a rozsahom prác. Analýza nákladov výstavby je stiahnutá na meter štvorcový úžitkovej plochy novostavby/rekonštrukcie. Objekty sú porovnané aj z hľadiska času a nákladov na prevádzku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the costs of the construction of a new building versus the reconstruction of an older building. In the theoretical part, the conditions and nature of construction in the second half of the twentieth century in Czechoslovakia were explained. Subsequently, the conditions for the construction of new buildings at the present time and a description of the methods of determining the costs for the construction of family houses. In the practical part, a new building was compared to the reconstruction of an older building. As part of the reconstruction, 12 variants were created, differing in difficulty and scope of work. The analysis of construction costs is reduced to a square meter of usable area of a new building/renovation. Objects are also compared in terms of time and costs of operation.	en
