Návrh reaguje na okolní hustou zástavbu obytných domů, nedostatek veřejných prostranství v lokalitě a vývojové trendy této problematické oblasti. V místě parkoviště je navržen polyfunkční dům s převažující funkcí bydlení.cs

The proposal responds to the surrounding dense development of housing, lack of public spaces and trends in the area. The point of the design is polyfunctional house with a predominant feature of housing at the palce where car parking is nowadays.en
