Charakterizace a syntéza sloučenin na bázi lanthanidocenů

Abstract

V první části se práce zaměřuje na teoretické základy metod používaných pro charakterizaci nově připravených sloučenin, zejména rentgenovou strukturní analýzu, infračervenou spektrometrii, Ramanovu spektrometrii a nukleární magnetickou rezonanci. V další části je provedena rešerše základních typů lanthanidocenů dělených podle typu substituovaných ligandů. Konec teoretické části je věnován přípravě laboratorního skla pro Schlenkovy techniky a práci v suchém boxu. Cílem experimentální části byla syntéza methoxyethanu, charakterizace čistoty pomocí FT-IR a jeho následné použití při záměně ligandů (C5Me5)SmCl2Li(OEt2)2.The first section of this bachelor’s thesis aims on a theoretical basis used to characterize new preparation substances, especially x-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The next section deals with the basic structural types of lanthanidocenes according to the substituted ligands. The last theoretical section deals with work in the gloves box and the preparation of the laboratory glasses for the work in the inert atmosphere. The aim of the experimental section was the synthesis of methoxyethane, characterization of its purity using FT-IR and its next usage in the change of organic ligands in structure of (C5Me5)SmCl2Li(OEt2)2.
