Plánování realizace liniové stavby

Abstract

Předložená práce se zabývá plánováním realizace liniové stavby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na životní cyklus projektu a jeho fáze. Popisuje postup plánování času a tvorbu harmonogramu výstavby. V závěru teoretické části je kapitola věnovaná procesu plánování zdrojů a nákladů a následné financování projektu. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací projektového řízení na projektu Modernizace dálnice D1 – úsek 21, zejména organizační strukturou účastníků projektu a řízením času pomocí harmonogramu výstavby. Závěrem je provedeno vyhodnocení rozdílů skutečného a alternativního průběhu výstavby.Submitted thesis deals with the planning of an implementation of a liner construction. The theoretical part is focused on the life cycle of the project and its phases. Describes the process of planning time and the formation of the timetable of the construction. At the end of the theoretical part there is a chapter devoted to the process of resource planning and costs and financing of the project. The practical part deals with the application of the project management on the project modernization of the D1 highway – section 21, especially with the organizational structure of participants of the project and the management of time by using the schedule of the construction. In conclusion, there is an evaluation made by the differences of the actual and alternate duration of the construction.
