dc.description.abstractSegmentation of retinal vessel system plays an important role in the analysis of retinal images. In this contribution, I have used the segmentation method based on morphological image analysis. The product of this method is a final binary representation of blood vessel tree. The outcome of my work is the computer program for automatic vessel segmentation. The method was tested by standardized images from VUT database.en
