Abstract
Zadáno téma "Odhad nákladů stavebního objektu". Teoretická část je zaměřena na projektové řízení ve stavebnictví, náklady v projektech výstavby a realizační náklady. V praktické části je řešen odhad cen tří rodinných domů dle různých ukazatelů. V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání cen orientačních a cen získaných dle ukazatelů a porovnání indexů k roku 2005 v jednotlivých letech.
Given subject "Estimated cost of the building structure". The theoretical part is focused on project management in construction, costs in construction projects and implementation costs. In the practical part is the estimate price of three houses according to various indicators. The present work is the comparison of indicative prices and prices received by indicators and indices compared to 2005 for each year.
