Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem rotačně kyvné hlavy, která je uložená mezi násadou rypadla a jeho příslušenstvím. Jeho funkce je naklápět a rotovat s příslušenstvím rypadla. V práci jsou popsány nejčastější druhy vyráběných rotačně kyvných hlav a jejich součástí, včetně srovnání konkurenčních výrobků. Po rešeršní části následuje výpočtová část. Na základě výpočtů jsou zvoleny komponenty, ze kterých je vytvořen 3D model. Následuje ověření zvolených komponent výpočtem. Závěrem práce je pevnostní analýza vybraných komponent. Součástí práce je i výkresová dokumentace vybraných sestav.This thesis deals with the design of a rotary swinging head, which is mounted between the excavator handle and its accessories. Its function is to tilt and rotate with the excavator accessories. The paper describes the most common types of manufactured Rotary swinging heads and their components, including a comparison of competing products. The search part is followed by the calculation part. Based on the calculations, the components from which the 3D model is made are selected. This is followed by the verification of the selected components by calculation. The conclusion of the work is the strength analysis of the selected components. Part of the work is also a drawing documentation of selected assemblies.
