| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku žen v manažerských pozicích ve vybraném kovodělném podniku. Analyzuje postavení žen v podniku, gender v managementu a genderovou integrovanost v podniku. Formou analýzy firemních materiálů a individuálního rozhovoru zkoumá pozici žen v řídících funkcích, kritéria úspěšnosti a překážky v kariéře žen ve společnosti a soustředí se na řešení dilematu rodina versus profese. V závěru jsou navržena praktická doporučení pro uplatnění žen ve vedoucích pozicích se specifikací slaďování profesního a rodinného života. | cs |

It analyzes the status of women in the company, gender in the management and gender integration in the company. The position of women in managerial positions, criteria for success and barriers to their career are examined by analysis of company materials and interviews with staff. The main objective is focused on woman possibilities of work-life balance. There are practical suggestions at the end of this thesis. | en |
