NOVÉ NA STARÉ – Brno, nároží Bratislavská - Stará

Abstract

Projekt nové zástavby na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará vytváří kompaktní objem s několika funkcemi. Navazuje na okolní blokovou zástavbu, kdy je výrazně oddělen veřejný a soukromý prostor. Stavba je rozčleněna do několika výrazných hmot, které svým měřítkem odpovídají okolní zástavbě. Jednotlivé hmoty jsou sjednoceny stejným tektonickým principem fasády. Ustoupenou figurou v jižní části pozemku vzniká prostor před divadlem Radost a zároveň je tak dosaženo lepšího oslunění nových bytů. Nově navržený objekt obsahuje typologicky různé byty.The project of new buildings on the corner of Oldbstrees Bratislavska street creates a compact volume with several features. It continous with the surrounding block development where is significantly separated public and private space. The building is divided into several distinct masses, which correspond to measure their surrounding areas. Individual masses are united in the same tectonic principle facade. Abandoning figure in the southern part of the site creates space in front of the theater Radost and at the same time it achieves better insolation of new apartments. The newly designed building contains typologically different apartments.
