Abstract
Návrh respektuje a zároveň využívá svažitost pozemku, snaží se rozdělit nenásilnou formou dva různé světy-město a volnou krajinu. Podélná hmota řadové zástavby uzavírá zahrady stávajících domů na ulici Pastviny. Vytváří tak pomyslný práh do volné krajiny. Dále stoupají solitéry rozvolněně směrem k lesu a jsou natočeny podle os, které vytváří stávající zástavba. Koncept řadových domů je založen na motivu arkýře, který se objevuje také u bytových domů. Je vložen do volného prostoru mezi domy, čímž vzniká v prvním podlaží průhled do zahrady přes prosklenou jídelnu. Umožňuje tím kontakt ulice, domu a zahrady. Komplex je dále řešen formou šesti samostatně stojících bytových domů s 55 byty a společnými podzemními garážemi. Domy jsou rozděleny do dvou hnízd po třech objektech. Téměř každý byt má minimálně jeden soukromý venkovní prostor- předzahrádku, lodžii, terasu. Hlavní myšlenkou návrhu bytových domů je orientace vstupů do společného prostoru, kde se lidé setkávají. Domy díky tomuto prostoru mezi sebou komunikují. Výhledy do okolní krajiny umožňují lodžie, arkýře a terasy umístěné na fasádě nad sebou, Tyto prvky se v komplexu objevují několikrát a dělají hmotu plastičtější, oživují ji. Okolí domů tvoří zeleň, která navazuje na předzahrádky.
This blueprint respects and derives benefit from the steep land, smoothly dividing two different worlds – the city and the landscape. The lenghtwise mass, presenting terraced estate, closes the gardens of current houses on Pastviny street. It creates imaginary entry into a free landscape. There are detached houses ascending freely towards the woods. They are rotated in the line with centerlines, which are made by current build-up area. The whole concept of terraced houses is based on the motif of bay, which also appears in apartment blocks. It is inserted in the space between houses, therefore there is a view from the first floors into the garden through a glassed-in dining room. The contact among the street, house and garden is made. The complex consists of six detached apartment blocks with fifty five flats and shared underground parking lot. Apartment blocks are divided into two hives, counting three blocks each. Almost every flat has at least one private outdoor space – front garden, loggia or terrace. The main idea behind this blueprint is the turning of the entry doors towards the common outdoor area, where people could meet. All the blocks could interact with each other thanks to this area. Loggias, bow-windows and terraces placed vertically on exterior of the blocks allow the view of surrounding landscape. These components appear couple of times in this complex and they make the whole mass more plastic. They enliven it. The surrounding of the apartment blocks is filled with green vegetation. The green vegetation and front gardens concur.
