Abstract
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování reálného podnikatelského záměru na založení a následný provoz kavárny. Práce je tvořena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou definované pojmy podnikatelský plán, podnik, podnikání a právní forma podnikání. V praktické části je vypracovaný podnikatelský plán pro Marušku. Cílem je skutečné založení kavárny Maruška v Olomouci.
The subject of my bachelor work is processing the entrepreneurial object of the foundation and operation cafe Maruška. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section contains of the definition of entrepreneurial plan, enterprise, entrepreneurship and juridical form of enterprise. The entrepreneurial plan for Maruška is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing cafe Maruška in Olomouc.
