Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu, jež bude splňovat nároky a podmínky na budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Tento rodinný dům byl navržen tak, aby svým provozem nijak nenarušoval či neomezoval provoz přilehlých rodinných domů v dané obytné zástavbě. Rodinný dům je situován ve městě Bzenec, v katastrálním území Bzenec. Parcela se nachází na svažitém pozemku, proto je důležité vhodné osazení domu do terénu. Rodinný dům je tedy zasazen do terénu tak, aby bylo možné umístit garáž do suterénu objektu. Zároveň bude příjezdová komunikace ke garáži sloužit jako parkovací plocha pro dva osobní automobily. Objekt rodinného domu je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, plně podsklepený. V suterénu se nachází garáž pro dva osobní automobily, skladovací prostory a technické zázemí objektu. V 1. NP se nachází obývací pokoj s kuchyní, odkud je přístup na terasu situovanou v zahradě. Dále je zde zádveří, šatna, pokoj pro hosty, koupelna a sklad přístupný z terasy. Ve 2. NP se nacházejí převážně obytné místnosti – ložnice s koupelnou, dva dětské pokoje, koupelna a dvě šatny. Bakalářská práce byla vyhotovena v souladu s platnými právními předpisy České republiky v aktuálním znění k datu odevzdání této bakalářské práce.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a new family house that meets the requirements and conditions for a nearly zero-energy building. This family house has been designed in such a way that its operation does not interfere with or restrict the functioning of neighboring family houses within the residential area. The family house is located in the town of Bzenec, within the cadastral territory of Bzenec. The plot is situated on sloping terrain, which makes the appropriate placement of the house into the terrain crucial. The house is therefore embedded into the terrain in a way that allows for a garage to be situated in the basement. The driveway leading to the garage will also serve as a parking area for two passenger vehicles. The family house is designed as a two-story building with a full basement. The basement contains a garage for two cars, storage spaces, and the technical facilities of the building. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, from which there is access to a terrace located in the garden. Additionally, there is an entrance hall, a cloakroom, a guest room, a bathroom, and a storage room accessible from the terrace. The upper floor is mainly residential, consisting of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two children's rooms, another bathroom, and two walk-in closets. This bachelor's thesis has been prepared in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic in their current version as of the date of submission.
