Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem revitalizace bývalého areálu jednotného zemědělského družstva (JZD), který se nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti obnovovaného zámku ve Zvěstově. Nevyužívané a chátrající objekty v předprostoru památky narušují její historickou a vizuální podobu. Cílem diplomové práce je transformovat tento areál na kulturní a společenské centrum obce, které podpoří rozvoj občanské vybavenosti a obnoví vztah mezi zámkem a okolní strukturou obce.
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the revitalization of the former premises of the unified agricultural cooperative (JZD), which is located in the immediate vicinity of the renovated castle in Zvěstov. The unused and dilapidated buildings in the foreground of the monument disturb its historical and visual appearance. The aim of the thesis is to transform this area into a cultural and social centre of the village, which will support the development of civic amenities and restore the relationship between the castle and the surrounding structure of the village.
