| dc.description.abstract | Svou závěrečnou prací, zakončující mé čtyřleté studium, bych ráda zúročila veškeré vědomosti a zkušenosti, které jsem v oblasti těla (a tělesnosti) při svém studiu nabyla. Ateliér sochařství 2 (nefigurativní sochařství) prof. Jana Ambrůze, který se dle mého názoru snaží ve studentech vyvolat touhu po vlastní cestě, za kterou pak zcela odlišně míříme, mi byl velkou vnitřní svobodou. S dílem Adrieny Šimotové, jejíž tvorbu jsem pak v souvislosti s vlastním životem začala hlouběji zkoumat, až jsem se dostala na samou její podstatu. k podstatě ženy, mne pak blíže seznámil její blízký známý a asistent ateliéru doc. Pavel Korbička, který mne ke jejímu studiu od počátku mého studia vybízel. Jelikož naše životy nemohu srovnávat, po lidské stránce, a s tím souvisejícím výtvarným vyjádřením, mě tato žena, jakousi niterností, jako pojednává vlastní život silně zasáhla. V této závěrečné práci bych pak ráda uplatnila nejen vědomosti, ale především pocit ze sebe samé. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | I aim to conclude my four-year study with the following thesis, which puts at work all the knowledge and experience that I have accumulated during my study of body art. Professor Jan Ambruz, who oversees Sculpture Studio 2, inspires a unique feeling of passion in his students, a feeling which every one of them utilizes in his or her own way. His studio provided me with a great deal of artistic freedom. I became inspired by Andrea Simotova’s work through my own personal experience. It was also doc. Pavel Korbicka who – as her close friend and colleague – acquainted me with her work and personality, while inspiring me to do in-depth research. As I studied her work, I discovered that the core of her artistic production lies in the exploration of femininity. I may scarcely compare my life to hers; however, the woman and her artistic production have touched me on a deeply personal level – especially through the measure of intimacy that she employs while exploring her own life. In my thesis, I would like to employ both my knowledge of the body and my feelings towards myself. | en |
