Využití portálových technologií pro zlepšení chodu firmy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu firmy a její využití portálových technologií. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout změny, které povedou ke zvýšení efektivity a k prosperitě firmy. Firma, na jejímž základě je práce prováděna, je franchisovou kavárnou s několika pobočkami v České republice a hlavním sídlem v Brně. V bakalářské práci je nejprve představena potřebná teorie, pomocí které je možné porozumět dané problematice. Následně je vypracována analýza, ze které jsou vyvozené návrhy řešení s podrobným popisem a jejich ekonomické zhodnocení spolu s doporučeními.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of a company and its use of portal technologies. The main objective of the thesis was to propose changes that would lead to increased efficiency and the prosperity of the company. The company on which this work is based is a franchise café with several branches in the Czech Republic and its headquarters in Brno. The thesis first introduces the necessary theoretical background to help understand the given issue. This is followed by an analysis from which proposed solutions are derived, including detailed descriptions, their economic evaluation, and recommendations.
