dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace stavební části pro realizaci novostavby výrobní haly a administrativní budovy ve Slavkově u Brna. Oba objekty jsou dle územního plánu navrženy na pozemku v rozvojové části města. Vybraný pozemek má výhodnou polohu díky dobré dostupnosti na dálnici D1. Objekt administrativní budovy se bude skládat ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se bude nacházet vedení firmy a vedoucí tisku, ekonomické a obchodní oddělení, hygienické zázemí. V druhém nadzemním podlaží je navrženo grafické studio, denní místnost a prostorná terasa. Konstrukční systém objektu administrativní budovy bude stěnový podélný. Půdorys objektu je obdélníkový. střecha je navržena šikmá pultová. Objekt výrobní haly je jednopodlažní. V prostoru haly je umístěno polygrafické technologické vybavení. Umístění strojů je pouze orientační, stejně jako jejich výběr. Hala má samostatné vybavení technologiemi VZT a vytápění. Nosná konstrukce je skeletová. Systém je navržen podélný. Objekt je obdélníkového půdorysu se zastřešením šikmou sedlovou střechou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this Diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a construction part for realization of the new building of the production hall and administrative building in a city of Slavkov u Brna. According to the local zoning plan, both buildings are designed on a plot in the development part of the city. The selected plot is conveniently located due to good accessibility to the D1 motorway. The office building will consist of two above-ground floors. On the first floor there will be the management of the company and the head of the press, the economic and commercial department, hygienic facilities. On the second floor there wil be a graphic studio, a day room and a spacious terrace. The construction system of an office building will be a wall longitudinal. The ground plan of the object is rectangular. the roof is designed as a mono-pitched roof. The factory is a single-storey building. Inside the factory hall there will be a polygraphical technological equipment. The location of the machines is only indicative as well as their choice. The hall will have its own equipment equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is designed as a precast concrete frame. The system is designed longitudinal. The object is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof.	en
