Novostavba rodinného domu s malířským ateliérem a galerií

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se týká návrhu a řešení rodinného domu s malířským ateliérem a galerií. Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu na pozemkové parcele č. 3569/258, která se nachází v obci Šlapanice nedaleko města Brna na jižní Moravě. Stavba je určena pro bydlení rodiny se dvěma dětmi, tedy pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Součástí rodinného domu je i malířský ateliér s galerií, který bude využívaný majitelem domu pro vlastní podnikatelský záměr. Budova má nepravidelný tvar. Jde o dům nepodsklepený, bez obytného podkroví, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, doplněn o garáž. Objekt je řešen jako zděná stavba ze systému Porotherm, stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové tl. 150 mm, rodinný dům i malířský ateliér s galerií jsou zastřešeny sedlovou střechou, garáž střechou pultovou, okna i dveře jsou plastová. Návrh odpovídá jak technickým požadavkům, tak i požadavkům investora (stavebníka).This work involves the design and plan for house with artist studio and gallery. It is a detached house on the land plot number 3569/258, which is located in the village Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for housing a family with two children, so for a family of four. Part of the house is a artist studio and gallery, which will be used by the owner of the house for his own business plan. The building has an irregular shape. It is a house without a basement, without a residential loft, with two floors, complemented by a garage. The building is designed as a brick structure of the system Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness 150 mm, and house artist studio and gallery are covered by a gabled roof, garage shed roof, windows and doors are plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (the builder).
